Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one, in-home care to patients impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will work with a mission-driven, nurse-led team that prioritizes dignity and outcomes.

As an RN with Nuclear Care Partners, you will follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding DOL, CMS, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver''s license with reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

$3/hr shift differential for nights or weekends

Shifts:

Full-Time & Part-Time available, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend availability a must
