Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one home-based care to patients in the White Rock, NM area. The role supports a nurse-led, mission-driven team focused on patient dignity and outcomes.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care and observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. A valid NM RN license and CPR certification are required, with a driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NM.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
