Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Riverside, MO is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time day and night shifts to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy (as permitted), and physician-ordered interventions.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document resident care in the EMR.
• Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and resident care planning.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection prevention practices.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, IV therapy (as permitted), and physician-ordered interventions

• Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Accurately document resident care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and resident care planning

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection prevention practices

• Perform other nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current, active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or senior living is preferred but not required
