Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses to join our night shift team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a Night Shift RN, you will administer medications, coordinate with CNAs and the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality care for residents throughout the night. This permanent, on-site role offers a stable full-time schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare team.
• SNF/LTC/rehabilitation or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Assist with resident care planning and implementation.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting

• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
