Job summary

Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift team in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or rehabilitation setting. As a Night Shift RN, you will provide resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs and the healthcare team.

This permanent, on-site role offers a stable full-time schedule, competitive pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the healthcare team.
• SNF/LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assist with resident care planning and implementation
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Qualifications
