Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home, building strong relationships with both patient and family while exercising clinical judgment in a calm, supportive setting.

The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and access to clinical support as needed, with a focus on safe, compassionate care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
