Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. This role emphasizes focused, one-on-one patient care in the home, allowing you to use clinical judgment with confidence and support from a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will care for high-acuity pediatric patients, value autonomy and continuity of care, and work within a supportive environment that prioritizes safety and professional growth.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license (or multi-state equivalent).
• Physical within the last three years.
• TB skin test or TB blood test completed.
• BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to train in G-tube/trach/vent care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Assess patient needs and implement care plans with physician orders.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled home environment.
• Educate and support families and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain PPE use and CDC-aligned safety practices.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
