Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. You will deliver focused, one-on-one care in patients' homes, using clinical judgment and maintaining strong family partnerships.

The role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and support with physician orders and clear care plans, backed by a dedicated clinical team and safety measures.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient’s home.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family while following care plans.
