Job summary

Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Providence, RI seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-, part-, or PRN positions. The role offers Daily Pay and a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and adheres to individualized care plans under physician orders. The team emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care with a focus on Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
