Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Pompano Beach, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time or full-time roles. Shifts run 7p-7a and 6:45a-7:15p, with both day and overnight options. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure adherence to standards in a fast-paced facility.

This position offers competitive pay, a bi-weekly $225 Perfect Punch bonus, and full family health insurance. Must hold an active RN license and prefer SNF/Rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

About the Role

We are seeking qualified Licensed RNs to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a part time and full time position, with including 7p-7a and 7p-7a shifts.
