Job summary

Aviata at The Palms in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift to join our skilled care team. You will supervise staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs during shift, distributing work, on-boarding new staff, and maintaining high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated.

About the Role

You will follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel. Additionally, you will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

Requirements
