Job summary

Aviata at the Sea is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pompano Beach, FL to join a dynamic care team. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with 7p-7a and 7p-7a shifts, enabling flexible scheduling for experienced nurses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

Shift: 6:45a- 7:15p, 6:45p-7:15a

About the Role:

We are seeking qualified Licensed RNs to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Registered Nurse at Aviata Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This is a part time and full time position, with including 7p-7a and 7p-7a shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
