Job summary

Illuminus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join St. Dominic Villa in Hazel Green, WI, near Dubuque. Full-time, part-time and PRN shifts available (Day, Evening, Overnight). You’ll perform resident assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Wisconsin RN license, active CPR, geriatrics experience, and knowledge of state and federal regulations. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Job Type

Full-time, Part-time

Available Opportunities

Full-Time Day Shift (AM)

• 12‑hour shifts
• Every 3rd weekend rotation

Part‑Time Evening Shift (PM)

• 8‑hour shifts
• Every other weekend rotation

Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC)

• 12‑hour shifts
• Every 3rd weekend rotation

PRN All Shifts

• Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

Compensation & Benefits

• $38 – $46/hour, based on experience
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a shift
