Job summary

St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking an LPN for Full-Time, Part-Time Evening, or PRN positions. The LPN will provide prescribed medical treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse, supporting residents in long-term care and rehab settings.

Available Opportunities

Part-Time Evening Shift (PM)

• 0.6 FTE
• 8-hour shifts and every other weekend

Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC)

• 12hr NOC shift 6PM-6AM is every other weekend

PRN All Shifts

• Flexible scheduling to meet your needs

Compensation

• $28 – $35/hour, based on experience

Requirements
