Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Gulfport, MS is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide compassionate home health care to patients in their residence.

You will work weekends, participate in a 7-on/7-off on-call rotation from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am, document care in EMR, and join a team that offers an ESOP and competitive pay with disability and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in Mississippi.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Must be able to make patient visits at patients' residences.
• Knowledge of EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing visits to patients in their residences.
• Be available for a 7 days on, 7 days off on-call rotation from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am.
• Document and coordinate patient care using EMR.
• Collaborate with hospice team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
