Independence rehab and nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves delivering nursing care to patients, administering medications, and assisting physicians with procedures in a caring hospital-like setting.

The RN will reinforce health instructions to patients and families, participate in care planning with the team, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
