Graduate Post Acute in Philadelphia is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Shifts available 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am with daily pay. Starting pay: $37-$46 per hour.

You will deliver skilled clinical care, follow care plans, monitor residents, and document accurately. Requirements include PA RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and physician's plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
