Graduate Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. The role supports safe, compassionate clinical practice and regulatory compliance across shifts, guiding staff with strong professional leadership.

Starting pay ranges up to $60/hour with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. This role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and ongoing professional growth in a supportive facility environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (unencumbered).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective resident care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.

Starting pay $38-$60 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
