Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans are followed.

This position offers daily pay options, competitive hourly wages, a supportive team, and benefits. A Pennsylvania RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards and the plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations are met.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
