Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Pella, IA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position at our Corporate Health Center. The role focuses on occupational health, immediate care for workplace injuries and returning employees to work safely.

Shifts are 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Start ASAP with an end date of 10/30/2026 and potential extension. Compensation is $60/hr.

Qualifications

• RN license and occupational health certifications.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience in occupational health setting preferred with strong clinical skills.
• Current hands-on training in BLS/CPR for health care providers required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-placement exams, work-related injuries and return-to-work care.
• Generalized assessment of patients; rooming and triage when applicable.
• Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and coordinate follow-up care.
• Conduct health surveillance and assessments to identify risks among employees.
• Maintain accurate health records and report activities to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• A valid nursing license (RN) and relevant certifications in occupational health
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Experience in an occupational health setting is preferred, along with strong clinical skills
• Current hands on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.
