Job summary

The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our full-time nursing team. You will participate in and oversee patient care in alignment with physician orders and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting in the EMR, administering medications as prescribed, implementing care plans, and coordinating timely delivery of quality care with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions per policies, procedures and regulations.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and change of condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; implement patient care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are in-serviced and incorporated into delivery of care.
