The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for the Evening Full-Time Charge Nurse role to oversee patient care and support nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with state/federal guidelines.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff.
