Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift at our skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, MO. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.

You will work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, uphold high-quality care, document care accurately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Missouri RN license and LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
• Strong clinical nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Missouri

• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
