Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

As a Night Shift RN, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and ensure a safe, dignified environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in a long-term care, senior living or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct periodic assessments and updates to care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and customer service.
