Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team serving Fairfield County, CT. We offer one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and a focus on building meaningful patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care preferred but open to other experiences as well)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
