Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for both full-time and part-time opportunities in Rhode Island. The role involves delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans are followed with meticulous documentation.

The facility emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care, infection control, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Daily pay and flexible shift options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
