Job summary

Atlantic View Post Acute in Virginia is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time shifts in our Skilled Nursing Unit. Earn $35.50–$40 per hour, with up to $50,000 in student loan repayments for up to qualifying grads, plus a $3 PIB for full-time. Daily Pay available and evening, day, and night shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in VA.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and physician's plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated resident care.

Available Shifts:

FT/PT: Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM

PT: Day Shift: 6:30 AM- 3 PM
PT: Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 7 AM

Pay Rate: $35.50 - $40 an hour (all-inclusive)
$3 PIB (Full-Time Only)

Shift Differentials:

$1.50for Evening Shift- 2:30 PM - 11 PM

$1for Night Shift- 10:30 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
