Atlantic View Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time opportunities in Newport News, VA. The role supports residents with compassionate, person-centered care on the evening, night, or day shifts. Daily pay is available, with shift differentials to enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of VA (VA license).
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and care plans.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per care plan and facility policy.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Available Shifts:

FT/PT: Evening Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

PT: Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

PT: Day Shift: 7 AM- 3 PM

Pay Rate: $28 - $33 an hour (all-inclusive)

$3 PIB (Full-Time Only)

Shift Differentials:

$1.50for Evening Shift- 3 PM - 11 PM

$1for Night Shift- 11 PM - 7 AM
