Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time W-2 Registered Nurse (RN) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. Onsite in Portland, Maine, the role supports students with medical needs and collaborates with families, school staff, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Current and Unrestricted Maine RN License.
• 1+ years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience supporting students with complex medical and developmental needs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and student-centered

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and classroom support, as well as community vocational exploration.
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with school health and safety regulations.
• Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant

• Caseload: School Nurse for High School
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Dates: ASAP - June 2026 (with potential to renew)
• Location: Onsite in Portland
