Job summary

Bushwick Adult Day Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Day Care program. The ideal candidate will have an ADC background, be highly organized, and able to work well within a team to support residents and families.

The RN will monitor residents, administer medications and treatments, document care, and uphold infection-control policies. LPNs and Nursing Assistants are supervised by the RN to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State RN license.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to residents and families.
• Monitors residents and administers medications and treatments.
• Documents resident care in charts and records.
• Maintains infection-control policies and protocols.

• Provides advice & support to the Residents and their families

• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care

REQUIREMENTS:
