Job summary

Bushwick Adult Day Care, part of Centers Health Care, is seeking an experienced Program Director for our Brooklyn, NY site. The ideal candidate will have an ADC background and be highly organized, with strong managerial experience.

Responsibilities include marketing, program development, staff oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's in healthcare is a plus, with excellent communication and leadership skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the healthcare field is a plus.
• Candidates with an Adult Day Care background are preferred.
• Should have prior management experience.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform/direct all marketing/outreach activities to diversify the registrant base in line with CHC strategy.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement all program activities and services.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, and fiscal restraints.
• Develop & maintain administrative plans and procedures.
• Coordinate admission data with RN and Social Worker.
• Evaluate eligibility for program acceptance.
• Oversee staff, students & volunteers, including hiring and performance management.
• Ensure licensing regulations are followed.
• Prepare information, outreach, education & advocacy programs.
