Welia Health in Minnesota seeks a registered nurse to provide general nursing care across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will guide patient education and collaborate with family, physicians and the care team to ensure safe, effective care.
The role emphasizes adherence to Joint Commission standards, infection control and ongoing quality improvement while supporting patient safety and dignity for diverse ages from neonates to geriatrics.
Provides general nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Demonstrates environmental concerns of infection control practice, safety/fire practice, disaster practice, cardiac arrest practice and continuous quality improvement aware of patient safety.

Functional or line to 10 persons, depending on shift.
A.A. or Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from an accredited school of nursing; appropriate clinical experience and/or training.
Current Registered nurse licensure in the State of Minnesota. BLS certification is required upon hire and renewed annually. ACLS certification within two years.
