Responsibilities

• Assessing residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administering medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Providing direct patient care, including wound care, injections, and other procedures.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse or nurse manager.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
