Complete Care at Middlebury is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in Middlebury, CT. The role involves providing direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring high-quality, courteous service for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Connecticut.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, meals, ambulation, and safety.
• Maintain clean and safe living conditions for residents.
• Complete reports and records promptly and accurately.
• Perform duties in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Unit Manager and Director of Nursing as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, etc.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Ensure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

License:

• Must have an activeRN Registered Nurse license for the state of Connecticut.
