Job summary

Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed, free-standing facility that treats children and teens aged 10 to 17 with psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorders. The RN opportunity includes flexible shift options (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses.

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

$10,000 Bonus for Full Time RN**

Compass Intervention Center is a 108 bed, free standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.
