Job summary

Compass Intervention Center in Memphis, TN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric and adolescent behavioral health team. Full-time opportunities include day (7 am–7 pm) and night (7 pm–7 am) shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Our program treats youths 10–17 with psychiatric, substance use, or dual-diagnosis needs, offering mentorship, robust benefits, and career development within the UHS network.

Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed free standing facility that treats children and teens ages 10 to 17 who are struggling with psychiatric, substance abuse or dual diagnosis disorders. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.
