Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health network, seeks a Registered Nurse in Medford, OR. The RN will develop and update resident care plans, provide leadership, and deliver direct, compassionate care to residents in a welcoming facility.

Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN License: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.

• Availability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required)

Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for our residents.

Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
