Job summary

Vantage Health & Rehab of Hampden is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to assigned patients. You will collaborate with the team to administer medications and educate patients about treatments in a family-like environment.

We welcome candidates with nursing experience and a compassionate, patient-focused approach. Full-time, part-time, and per diem options across all shifts are available, with a supportive team and strong emphasis on patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor with a patient-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong rapport with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supporting patients through illness, injury, or recovery.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the correct dosage and method of delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected while also promoting their safety and comfort.

Additional Information

• Positions available as Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem for Registered Nurse (RN) on all shifts
• First Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• Second Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Third Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
