Job summary

York Post Acute in Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care and monitor residents per individualized care plans.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem opportunities with shifts 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, and 11:00PM–7:00AM. Hourly range $37.50–$42.50, all inclusive, with additional shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $37.50 – $42.50/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials: $1.50 for 3pm 11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
