Job summary

Brighton Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care and monitor resident conditions in a 78-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Daily Pay options and competitive shift differential are highlighted for all full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

As an RN you will follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality resident care while adhering to standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA is required.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and care plan.
• Follow and implement plans by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Document accurately in line with policies and orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
