Sweetwater Care in Red Bluff, CA, a beautiful 55-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking Registered Nurses for 8-hour shifts with excellent pay ($38–$48/hour, DOE). This family-owned, well-established building recently reopened and welcomes applicants who value patient service paired with clinical excellence.

Responsibilities include forming nursing care plans, coordinating with physicians and the care team, administering medications, monitoring safety, and guiding less-experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Make nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with the resident, members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

RNs with current California licensure are being sought for our family owned, well established building.
