Job summary

OnShift, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses to join our clinical team at our skilled nursing facility in California. We are a dynamic group focused on delivering best-in-class care and supporting residents with compassionate, high-quality service.

We are hiring for the NOC SHIFT. Requires a current California RN license, full COVID vaccination (including booster), and experience with direct patient care and PCC. Pay scale is $46–$49 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered California RN license.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster.
• Experience providing direct patient care to multiple residents preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, carry out physician orders, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician’s orders, and communicate with our other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $46 to $49

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
