Job summary

The Blossoms in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide round-based care, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the nursing leadership. This role emphasizes supervision and mentoring within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Job description

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

• Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
• Registered Nurse (RN) prepares and administers medications charts as required
• Registered Nurse (RN) administers treatments
• Registered Nurse (RN) consults with physicians
• Registered Nurse (RN) communicates with director of nursing and staff
