Job summary

Eden Vista Litchfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Litchfield, Minnesota. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, at least 1 year in long-term care, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Hold a current State RN license.
• Communicate well in verbal and written form.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and address health status changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic, person-centered care.
• Assist in wellness program development and activities for residents.
• Educate residents and families on health topics and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate resident medical records.
• Foster a compassionate environment for residents and families.
