Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks a Registered Nurse for the 2F/G Surgical/Telemetry unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate admissions/discharges, and educate families, with emphasis on telemetry and post-surgical care.

Full-time role with opportunities for professional growth. The position requires KY RN licensure, BSN or ADN (with BSN enrollment if needed), BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• ADN with BSN within 5 years if applicable.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as department requirement.

Responsibilities

**Summary****Job Description:**## **Registered Nurse, 2F/G, Surgical/Telemetry****$15,000 Sign-on Bonus** *[for eligible candidates]*## **Unit Overview:**2F/G is a 30-bed medical surgical/ telemetry unit that specializes in telemetry patients and fast turnaround surgery including urology bariatrics, and orthopedic overflow. This unit serves our Bariatric Center of Excellence patients.
