Job summary

North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for a full-time, part-time, or PRN role. Opportunities include daily pay, shift from 7pm to 7am, and competitive pay with up to $3 shift diff, all-inclusive $41-$53 per hour.

We value compassionate, resident-centered care within a 100-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. Responsibilities include clinical care, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team under established care plans.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license to practice in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
