Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient rehab on a full-time night shift. You will provide direct patient care in a specialized unit and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.
Requirements include RN licensure; BSN preferred; BLS certification; prior rehab or hospital experience is a plus. Starting hourly pay ranges from $32 to $48 with competitive night/weekend differentials.
Join our specialized rehabilitation unit, where you'll care for patients with complex medical needs—similar to a neuro or med-surg unit. You’ll be part of a highly experienced team of tenured RNs who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
You’ll have the daily support of Nursing Assistants and a dedicated Nursing Supervisor. Our engaged leadership team is committed to fostering a positive, responsive work environment, and our robust orientation program ensures you feel confident and prepared from day one.
Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you’ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
You’ll apply the nursing process—systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care—to help restore and maintain each patient’s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You’ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.
Join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals working toward one goal: making each patient better than when we met them. By engaging with patients and families, you’ll help them recover and discover their new normal after a life‑altering event. You’ll collaborate with nursing and therapy professionals, physicians, case managers, and a wide range of support staff to meet each patient’s medical, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
