Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Temple, TX, is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The position runs 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a sign-on bonus of $12,500, and a focus on admissions, assessments, and accurate documentation in EPIC.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and BLS at hire; BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred to advance clinical skills and patient care outcomes.
