The role covers care for brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. Responsibilities include admissions/transfers, comprehensive patient assessments, and precise EPIC documentation with accurate order transcription.

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
