Accura HealthCare of Knoxville, a 60-bed SNF in Knoxville, IA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. You will administer nursing care per resident care plans, applying recognized techniques and standards, while ensuring safety and quality.

State licensure is required; leadership and teamwork are valued as you collaborate with the care team to support our residents and families. We offer a weekend shift differential, 12-hour shifts (6a-6p), and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members.
• Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• 12 hour shifts 6a-6p.

• Wage Scale: $32.00/Hour - $39.00/Hour depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Registered Nurse, you positively and directly impact the lives of others by assisting in the administration of quality nursing care for the community. Registered Nurses cater to residents' individual care plans through the practice of recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.
